The new ratification of the COM-HPC 1.2 specification to COM-HPC Mini by PICMG represents a significant extension of the high-performance standard. This extension underlines the broad scalability of the standard and offers customers new application possibilities.

The COM-HPC mini module COMh-m7RP (E2) is characterized by a small form factor of only 95 mm x 70 mm. This compact size makes it the ideal choice for applications with limited space, but at the same time offers extensive functions and performance features.
Powerful computing power: The Intel® Core™ Raptor Lake family
The COMh-m7RP (E2) supports the entire 13th generation series of the Intel® Core™ Raptor Lake family (-U/-P/-H) and offers exceptional processing power. Featuring up to 14 cores based on Intel®’s powerful hybrid architecture, with a maximum of 96 graphics units driven by Intel® Iris® Xe graphics, this module ensures smooth operation for compute-intensive tasks and demanding visual applications.

Rich in functions and expandable: The versatility of the COMh-m7RP (E2)
The COMh-m7RP (E2) – Mini module is equipped with a wide range of functions to meet the most diverse application requirements. With support for up to 64 GB LPDDR5(x)-6000 soldered memory, 2x 2.5 Gbit Ethernet including TSN and optional integration of NVMe SSD up to 1 TB, it offers both high-speed connectivity and ample storage capacity. In addition, with 16 PCI Express lanes and versatile interfaces such as DDI, USB4, USB3, Thunderbolt and DisplayPort Alternate Mode, the module offers extensive IO connectivity for various expansion requirements.
Adaptability under adverse conditions: Reliability at industrial level
The COMh-m7RP (E2) – Mini module is designed for industrial applications and provides key feature support such as In-Band Error Correction Code (IBECC) memory, Intel® Time Coordinated Computing (Intel® TCC) and Time Sensitive Networking (TSN). With an extended temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C (operating) and compliance with industrial operating conditions for 24/7 operation over 10 years, this module ensures reliability and longevity in demanding environments. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including compute-intensive tasks, control systems, visualization applications and more, where space is at a premium and environmental conditions are challenging.
