KBox C-104-TGL (NEW)

The KBox C-104-TGL family from Kontron, powered by 11th generation Intel® Core™ or Intel® Xeon® W processors, is designed for high-end industrial applications in control cabinets. With up to eight processing cores, these systems enhance determinism in Industry 4.0 environments through integrated TSN and Intel® Time Coordinated Computing (Intel® TCC) functionalities, supporting real-time applications and demanding edge workloads.

These versatile systems are ideal for machine control, inspection, and AI-based vision applications, optionally featuring the Hailo-8™ AI accelerator. They can also function as a soft PLC platform with optional NVRAM and fieldbus extensions. The four 2.5GbE interfaces with TSN support time-critical tasks, ensuring future real-time requirements in smart factories.

The fanless, maintenance-free design operates up to +65°C and includes Goldcap equipment, optional redundant power supplies, and recovery functionality for high availability and longevity. The systems offer extensive connectivity with up to three display ports, four 2.5GbE interfaces, two COM ports with RS485 options, three USB 3.0 and three USB 2.0 ports, up to four SATA slots, and multiple expansion slots (PCI Express®, mPCIe, and M.2) for 4G/5G and WiFi 6 connectivity, ensuring maximum flexibility and custom adaptability.
