The ETX-BT, based on Intel Atom® E3800 SoC series, uses 22nm process technology with 3-D Tri-Gate transistors for enhanced performance and efficiency. It integrates processor, GPU cores, and I/O on one chip. It supports a single SODIMM for up to 8GB DDR3L memory, high-resolution VGA, single/dual channel LVDS, and optionally a third display. It supports one SATA and one PATA, ISA-bus, PCI-bus, serial/parallel ports, and 10/100Mbps LAN. It also offers an optional soldered SATA-based SSD of 2 to 64 GB.
