    RMA (Return Material Authorization)

    To ensure the fastest possible processing, please use our RMA form.

    The procedure is as follows:

    1) Submission of the RMA form incl. detailed error description and serial number.

    2) Aaronn reviews the RMA request (is there a warranty? Are there any possible costs involved -> cost estimate)

    3) A confirmation email incl. RMA number will be sent to you by Aaronn Electronic GmbH.

    4) Return of the devices with RMA number to:

    Please note that the devices must be packed in a transport-safe manner in accordance with the ESD guidelines.

    5) Inspection at Aaronn / manufacturer

    6) Return of the device
